We don't sell flour.
We build the mill.
A millwright is the tradesperson who designs and builds the mill: the machine that turns grain into flour, wind into work, water into power. Long before there were engineers, there were millwrights. They built the thing the whole village ran on, and the mill kept running long after they packed up their tools.
Millwright & Co does that work for organizations. We design and install the brand, leadership, and strategy systems that keep working after the consultant leaves.
The Ethos
Clients arrive with raw material: a team, a market, an idea, a culture. Most consulting hands over a deck and leaves, and the value leaves with it. We stay long enough to build the apparatus, then we hand over the keys. A planning cadence your team actually runs. A brand platform your people can use without calling us. A scorecard that tells you the truth every quarter. The grain you bring to it next year becomes flour next year, and the year after that.
We do the work the way Leonardo kept his notebooks, with the math and the drawing on the same page. The framework and the story. The system and the soul. A mill that doesn't sing doesn't get used. A song without a mill behind it doesn't pay the village. Both, at once, on the same page. Disegno.
The work is led by Mig Molina, an operator who ran brand, strategy, and customer experience at scale for some of the Philippines' largest retail and FMCG organizations, and who has been running rooms since high school.
The Offerings
Workshops are the lead offering. Each one is assembled from a module library refined across two decades of strategic planning offsites, branding workshops, and leadership sessions. Every engagement ends with something your team keeps and runs.
1.5–2 Days · Leadership Teams
The full strategic planning experience. Plans vs. strategies, BHAGs worked back into one, three, and five-year glide paths, fear-setting for the decisions the team keeps avoiding, and the team-building that makes the plan stick. You leave with a plan and the cadence to run it.
Half Day to Full Day · Any Team
Why your team fights, and how to lead each person differently. Temperaments in the room, a Big Five assessment before the session, and a working session on leading across generations in the Filipino workplace.
Half Day · Teams Stuck on Autopilot
For teams reasoning by analogy: "our competitor does it, so we should too." First principles thinking, jobs to be done, and parallel thinking, all run on a real decision your team is facing right now.
1–2 Days · Founder-Led & Consumer Businesses
How brands are actually built, starting with how customers actually think. Competitor scans, customer portraits, field immersion, and a brand board and manifesto your team writes themselves and walks out owning.
Half Day to Full Day · New Managers
Every company makes new managers every year, and most are handed the title without the craft. The gap between managing and leading, coaching with the GROW model, and leading people who aren't like you.
60–90 Minutes · Conferences & Offsites
A single big idea, delivered as a talk. Current signatures: Don't Mistake Motion for Progress, Managers vs. Leaders, and First Principles. Built for kickoffs, conferences, and leadership summits.
Beyond the workshop room: scoped consulting engagements, fractional brand leadership, and advisory retainers. Built for the Filipino mid-market, the founder-led and family-owned companies scaling past their first generation of professional management. Every engagement ends with an apparatus you keep: a scorecard, a planning cadence, a decision framework. The mill keeps running.
